Based in Victoria, I have been advocating for improved mental health and community services by promoting human rights, co-design and consumer leadership across all aspects of service planning, delivery and evaluation.
Working together with your service, I can provide supervision to individual consumer workers, training to groups and networks, as well as consulting across your service delivery and program of work.

Human Rights

Incorporating this principle into every aspect of your service can be challenging, particularly when addressing potential blind spots. That’s why a combination of human rights expertise, mental health knowledge, and familiarity with community service systems is vital for success.
Co-Design
Using design processes alongside people with lived experience enables you to reframe old questions, challenge assumptions and create new opportunities. It requires an understanding of design principles and the skills to democratise the decision-making processes.
