Find support, in your own words
A free tool for Queenslanders living with mental health challenges, psychosocial disability or suicidality, and the people who care about them. Built by an organisation run by people who have been there. You do not need to sign up or tell us who you are, and nothing you do here is recorded.
Every phone line in this tool works from anywhere in Queensland. This section adds the places you can actually go in your region.

MHLEPQ runs a free information and referral service. We are not a crisis line and we are not clinicians. We are people with lived experience who will listen, help you work out your options, and connect you with services, with your consent, at your pace.
- Call and leave a message with a first name and a number. That is all we need, and we destroy it after we call you back.
- We call back within five working days.
- We never pass on anything about you without your say-so.
If you need an interpreter, call TIS National on 131 450 and ask for us. If you are d/Deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech difficulty, contact us through the National Relay Service.
